 As we experienced an unprecedented demand for media at the close of last year, we are hopeful for a more positive and stable 2022. At this time, with the pandemic spiking again, we are being challenged on multiple fronts as many are in our industry. However, we remain committed to provide our customers with the best media and services. We have added both media and testing capacity, in anticipation of continued high demand through the remainder of the heating season.

Alpha Analytical has the largest media capacity for VI located in the NE. We offer:
- Alpha’s courier service, where available, ensures timely media delivery to your office or site. Pickup service guarantees samples are returned securely to our air laboratory through the winter season.
- Our media options support all types of samples, soil gas, sub-slab, indoor, and ambient. All canisters are silico-lined, connections are finger tightened, and flow controllers have digital gauges.
- Our current turnaround time (TAT) is 10 business days from receipt at our laboratory. We will provide Rush TAT on request, based on available media and capacity at the time of the request.
- Ordering media: We request notice 2-5 days for batch certified canisters. For individually certified canisters 5 days’ notice is needed. On acceptance of the canister order we will confirm the delivery date.
- Emergency requests: We will always do our best to meet your emergency media needs.We have media available in our service center locations for short notice requests. Instructions with frequently asked questions, and spare parts are included in every shipment.
